I'm starting a new challenge for myself to improve my composing skills. I will now compose and record a song everyweek within a day. It does not matter what kind of genre or what lenght it is as long as it is something new. So here is my First Weekly Composition: The Hero (Western Theme):

A Western song composed and recorded in a day. Heavily influenced by the sound of Ennio Morricone and the westerns of Sergio Leone. I had a bit of a rough time recording the trumpet because it was a bit flat so I had to adjust the tuner. 
So my apologies me for the sometimes flat trumpet :)

Also, because I recorded this in a day, I was too lazy to record real strings so I just played the string section on my Nord Stage 2.
